Job Description

Media Network Services (MNS) has developed and operates VideoRoaming, the world’s largest global network service that combines the reach and availability of the Internet with the quality and reliability of dedicated networks. We have in the last year developed and released MCU1.com, a globally distributed multipoint conferencing infrastructure offered to service providers on a wholesales basis.

MNS works closely with all parties in the video conferencing service delivery channel, including video conferencing equipment vendors, integrators, resellers, distributors and service providers, in creating truly scalable video conferencing and collaboration solutions.

We are looking for Operations Manager, Solutions & Support, with in depth video conferencing engineering experience to head our sales and customer support function.  The right candidate will have hands-on experience in customer onboarding, setup of servers, video and network gear, sales and customer support. This is a dynamic, hands-on position requiring good communication skills.


Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience


The candidate will join our technical team and

  • Support the sales team in a technical sales role
  • Onboard new customers per onboarding procedures
  • Set up, configure, monitor and troubleshoot the network and video infrastructure
  • Participate in the second line of support for MNS customers
  • Interact directly with the new and existing customers
  • Participate in design and development of new internal and customer-facing tools and services
  • Participate in design and implementation of best practices designs
  • Maintain a good relationship with customers while efficiently resolving their issues.


The following is required:

  • BCS or corresponding education
  • 3 years of relevant work experience

A successful candidate will possess:

  • Exceptional inter-personal and communication skills
  • Work experience from a customer-facing technical position
  • Experience with Cisco video infrastructure components (CUCM, VCS, TMS, etc.)
  • Practical knowledge of computer networking
  • Familiarity with different OS environments, primarily Linux
  • Ability to address technical challenges in different software and networking environments
  • Ability to quickly diagnose network operation issues using common network tools
  • Strong commitment to provide top-rate service to the customers
